The Problem

Good people in the wrong seats cost more than you think.

Talented people are stuck in roles that don’t fit them.
Your team works hard, but not together.
Every person gets managed the same way, and it shows.

When a business makes too little profit, depends too heavily on its owner, and follows you home at night, ownership starts to feel more like a burden than a reward. We call that the Poverty of Ownership.

You shouldn’t have to choose between making money and sleeping at night.

Your Guide

Strengths you can see, and use.

We work with owners and leaders who are tired of guessing why some people thrive and others struggle. As certified CliftonStrengths® coaches, we help you see the natural talents on your team and put them to work.

Because we also work across the Seven Pillars, we connect strengths to what matters to the business: clearer roles, healthier teams, stronger leaders and better results.

What the Research Shows

Strengths development pays off.

In a Gallup study of 49,495 business units and 1.2 million employees across 45 countries, 90% of workgroups that received strengths-based development saw gains at or above these levels:

10–19%increased sales
14–29%increased profit
9–15%increase in engaged employees
6–16%lower turnover in low-turnover organizations, and 26–72% in high-turnover organizations

Source: Gallup, “Strengths-Based Employee Development: The Business Results” (Rigoni & Asplund, 2016). Gallup also found that teams where 90% or more of employees know their strengths have substantially higher engagement.

Questions

Questions & answers

What is CliftonStrengths®?

CliftonStrengths® is Gallup’s assessment of a person’s natural talents. It measures 34 themes and shows the order of your strengths, so you can understand how you work best.

What’s the difference between the Full 34 and the Top 5?

Many providers give you only your Top 5 themes. Your Full 34 report shows all 34 themes in your order, so you see the complete picture: the talents you lead with, and the ones you rely on least.

Is it only for individuals?

No. Individuals use it for self-leadership, partners and co-owners use it to work better together, and teams use it to understand how their strengths combine.

How does it connect to the rest of your work?

Strengths sit at the heart of the People pillar, and they shape leadership in every pillar. Many clients start here, then continue with a Sprint or 1:1 Strategic Coaching.
